I'd like to give Wizebooks a 10/10 rating for their services. Ordering my package was as simple as clicking on a link and filling out the form, next thing I knew my package was on its way to me. I really appreciate the predicted arrival time as it does not leave you in anxiousness of knowing when your package is arriving. Wizebooks keeps in contact and updates you every step of the way. This clears up much confusion and takes the pressure off you as the consumer to keep following up or contacting to find out the status of your package. The tracking system is just amazing as you can track your package and easily identify if anything goes wrong not that this happens at wizebooks! Overall the delivery was smooth, fast and instilled lots of confidence for me as a customer of wizebooks in their services. They delivered on their promise of their predicted arrival time to the point. The delivery man, was warm and friendly. I was contacted as soon as he was outside to receive the package.
