Visited your shop in Gardens Centre. Power went off. Despite the fact that load shedding has been a reality since 2006, you had no back-up generators. Then submitted job at your Waterfront office. Was told I would be mailed a quote. When I received no quote, I phoned to enquire about status. Was subsequently told you are waiting for a part before you could proceed with printing. Surely you knew about this before accepting my job? And you are in Cape Town. Can it be that difficult to have a machine repaired (no even going to ask why you have no back-up machine).
