Unprofessional Service

I bought a hair straightener and when I wanted to return it they were not able to assist as the owner was unavailable to authorise the refund and no one at the shop could assist us. They expected me to come back another day and take another 40 min drive to come back, this is a ridiculous expectation. I would not purchase from them again. I would definitely not recommend a purchase from them if you expect decent after sales service.

Still no response regarding this exchange when I was promised that they would call me today so I called them, they were unable to assist as they owner is not available. After my wife sent a message on Facebook they advised that they cannot assist us until the owner can contact us in 5 days time and that they also have a no returns policy after I was told that I could return it if it was not correct. I must say this is definitely one of the most ridiculous customer service situations that I have experienced. No one has been left in charge while the owner is unavailable to sort out problems.
