Dont believe a word they say

I was charged double what the salon quoted. When I enquired afterwards the owner said they will refund me as it was a mistake made but they never refunded me after sending many messages they just ignored me. The price for the treatment I had was even in the salons brochure as R400 but they charged me R810. They washed my hair, finger dried it and app**** the treatment. thats it.
