***** debt order

This is a ********** company that debit money on my account. I called them before a debit could go and told them that I don't know them and I don't know why they lodged a debt against my account. They promised to cancel it and send mean sms that they have but their debt order went through. I'm really tired of these ********** companies that goes around robbing poor people. They say on their website they offer legal assistance, to who. Where did they get my information and how do they know if I need any assistance without taking to me. People are working hard for their money and yet there are companies like this. I need my money back and I need them to delete my information on their system.
