Two month's later still waiting for light which was incorrectly supp****

Ordered 2 ball lights in October. One was a different colour to the other. Supplier took 2 weeks to collect incorrect light and more than two months later has not delivered the correct light. I told her yesterday i would like to cancel the order, now she is trying to invoice me technical fees and handling charges. What a joke. She also bought a staircase from me, which she refuses to pay. Her name is Chantel from Wizard Creations, she calls herself the Lighting Expert. I am going to report her to Brightstar, Eurolux and Radiant, as she sells their products.
