Used car dealers

After seeing the adverti*****t I contacted them. 1st question was are you an adsa registered dealer. Yes she said. Great will take a look very interested. After seeing the car I was happy to proceed. One guy said it's cash only deal. I said no. Female who I spoke with on the phone said it could be financed.then the owner i guess came in and said it's cash only no finance. Any way I left false advertising misleading rude. As you can see finance aranges. Car had no radio. AC. USB. CD central locking as seen in the add below. All false
