Dealers not being truthful

Found this dealer online and they had exactly the vehicle I was looking for. When I contacted them, and asked for the service booklet they said the car is not with them but at the warehouse were he is being kept and it is not close by. I said I really want to buy this vehicle can they please send me the roadworthy certificate. They said no I have to do roadworthy myself, I said no I am not paying if it is not roadworthy. They said it is guaranteed roadworthy. I then asked a video of the car which they refused. This all shows that this dealer is keeping themselves busy with something ******* and is this a pity. They give the second hand car industry a negative name. Be vigilant and do not support dealers like this.
