Disappointed Customer

I was told that my dishwasher needs a new drain pump and should be serviced to resolve the issue of it not draining water. That didn’t work and the dishwasher is still not draining out the water. R2800 later. The technician said he will return 2 days later to fix it. He never returned. He is ignoring all my calls, messages and email. Extremely disappointed with Kelvin at Wiz Fix Appliances. ***
