WIX/GSUITE

I have an online store which I have decided to transfer from another domain. All went well, with Wix templates I have created a wonderful website. Wix assisted me to transfer my domain, very easy. I bought a GSuite account and were struggling to get connected. I have spoken with an online robot and the robot-assisted me to a point that we could not connect my email and told me helpdesk will contact me, the robot asked my contact number and about 2 sec later I received 4 missed calls from San Francisco. I told the robot that the called dropped and the robot cut our message short and told me "they"will be in contact. This is such frustration as I need my email for my online store! All were good from the start but the most important tool which is my email to communicate with my clients. Wix does not bother to help!
