Wix website builder keeping my site down even after paying !!

This company is really messing with my business and my time !!!and they talk about how easy they make things for you …the lies just to get you to start a website with them I don’t take away from them that it’s easy to build a website with them but wait until you have to start paying it your website isn’t live and they keep lying to you about when it will go live . I am amazed by how much they don’t care !no matter how many times I contact this company to get my website up and running they keep saying it’s going up and it’s messing with my income and clients and creating more work WIX sort out your clients you guys are horrible !
