Wix advertises a 14-day money-back guarantee when you buy one of the options to create a website, after I paid the money online I worked on the site and it did not work for me. The same day I submitted for a refund and it was processed. The next day I went on to my Wix dashboard thier was no sign of the Wix refund process and it's been almost 2 weeks with no refund. This is borderline *****ing from clients. I did report this to my ban as *****. I dont even wane give that one star.
