Useless and non-existent online product

About two months ago, I created my website on Wix.com's portal. After 1 week I noticed that my website does not appear on Google search and logged in to my account sought advice on the self help section and communicated with their chat bots. The self help section directed me to the optimized SEO plan that will ensure my website is visible on google search. That didn't work. I researched it and found that a website generally only appears after 4 weeks on google. It is more than 2 months now and my website cannot be found online. I eventually terminated it as it is pointless and futile having a website that isn't visible to anyone. Wix.com's portal is useless and I wouldnt recommend it to anyone.
