Thanks for the "****" discount

You gave me a domain discount, which you did not disclose that it was a voucher token that I needed to use on sign-up of the domain until AFTER I purchased the domain at full price, and AFTER I contacted you to explain the issue.

Your solution on me reclaiming my 1-year FREE DOMAIN (even though I spent more and purchased 3-years knowingly) was that I should "use the voucher on another domain" or "cancel my domain" which would take my site offline for 60 days. These are not solutions - they are passing the buck and making your problems mine.

STOP TRYING TO CATCH YOUR CUSTOMERS OUT.

You cannot tell me that you cannot reimburse me the value of the discount - you have a bank account and a billing department.
