Refund at Wix.com

I found that starting a website was easy with Wix.com I bought the premium pack and paid in advance for 12 months. When I need to cancel the subscription, they didn't even consider to refund me, not even pro-rated. I am very disappointed and feel they stole my money. Even if they could refund me 50% of my money. Because I only used their website for 3 months.
