Bad customer relations

I have purchased a site from the in December 2017, spent months working and uploading products to my e-commerce store only to find out that not one of their pay gates supports South African currency. They keep telling me to use PayPal, but they also do not support ZAR. These guys like to take your money but there is no customer service at all. I have sent numerous emails and requests for help, but apparently, my issue is not urgent enough. My only option now is to go to another platform, pay again and start all over from scratch. This is unacceptable and disgusting, to say the least.
