Dissatisfaction

I had a very bad experience with this guest house. Plugs were tripping. Couldn't cook, we hardly watched the TV. Saturday night I called the owner, he came and checked it out and promised to come back the following day but he didn't. Sunday we were cooked up in the house because we could not iron and go out. Monday when I was giving my feedback about his place he told me he went there after we left and everything was fine. My question, why things were fine after we left but Saturday he was there and saw the problem. I have never been so disappointed in a place like I was at that guest farm.
