Poor service and client hospotality

The worst service in the hospitality industry you can find. A simple issue is blown out of proportion and they don want to listen to the customer. I wanted to get 2 mains from my food allowance but was cohersed into taking a horrible asparagus soup as a starter which I didn't want.
