Worst call centre agents.

Called this afternoon wanting qssistance for my application. First call centre agent was so rude, shouting at me and speaking down on me. The second call centre agent assisted me however, as I was clarifying and making sure I'm doing the right thing, he grew silent and dropped the phone while I was speaking.

Will use another platform next time.
