Wits Varsity don't refund fees due to us

I am now at my wits end with Wits varsity. They consider themselves as being the top varsity out there however are extremely unprofessional and disinterested when it comes to refunding money. They owe me thousands of rand in refund money, however ignore my emails, do not answer the phone. I was informed that certain documentation was required, which was emailed to Cassim Hill on 9th February 2018. I was also advised that the refund would take place within 7 to 10 days from receiving all documentation which to date has not happened.

In addition, one of our payments, that my wife had made, was taken off twice. How does one deal with this when there is no service from Wits???!

I have emailed Wits (Cassim Hill) numerous times enquiring about the refund. Only once was there a response received where he advised that their systems are down. Not even any update whatsoever as to what the status of the refund is. This is totally unacceptable and bitterly dissappointing.

I must now take time off work to demand my money back and hope that there will be someone there to assist.
