Wits University Fees Office Service Very Bad

<p> On the 6th of April 2016 I wrote to Wits University Fees Office with regards to the incorrect billing in my statement. On the 11th of April 2016 my issues was referred to Kim Engelbrecht and I was copied on the email. On the 11th of May I wrote an email to Kim as well as the Fees Office as my issue was not resolved because Kim never responded nor assisted me as per the email instruction. But no one responded on my email. On the 26th of May I called the fees office and the phone was picked up by Mark Cryer whom I referred all the sequence of events and what my issue was. He asked me to send the email with all the relevant documentation to him of which I did but he never responded. I sent a follow-up email on the 1st of June 2016 to Mark Cryer, Kim Engelbrecht and Nico Bora to check if Mark managed to check on my issue but no response. Up until now my issue has not been resolved, I am sick and tired of wasting my time and airtime. Even today I checked my statement but still the money that I paid in January 2016 is not reflecting but they are expecting me to pay up my school fees but I don not even know how much do I owe the university because the money I paid in January has not been credited into my account. Their service is bad I should not be worrying about this, instead about my books and exams but I do not have a choice because people who are suppose to make sure that these things are right DO NOT GIVE A ****.</p>
