WITS University fees officce is a joke!

i find it impossible to contact the WITS FEES OFFICe. their listed ohone numbers go unanswered , and the VOICE MESSAGE BOXES are always FULL!! emails go unanswered. i used to pay my son's tution fees , via credit card each month. for the last 6 months this facility DOES NOT WEORK , on the STUDENT PORTAL. i paid his REGISTRATION fee 1st PAYMENT , via an EFT , but it does not reflect on his student account, so he cannot COMPLETE THE ONLINE REGISTRATION???!!! at least with the CREDIT CARD FACILITY , it REFLECTED ON THE STUDENT ACCOUNT IMMIDIATELY!! no wonder WITS has a fees problem? the fees office and accounts office should always be manned , well staffed and efficient! bring back the credit card facility. please!!
