Wits isn't what it used to be

I am a previous alumnus of Wits University and want to say how utterly disappointed I am with their admin. I registered for a short course in 2022 and quickly de-registered before the fees were due as the course was not what I expected. For OVER TWO YEARS, I have been receiving an overdue fees statement and have tried contacting the Fees Office to no avail each time to query the fees due to me having de-registered. I am APPALLED by the service. Furthermore, the fees where listed NOWHERE on the student portal. Wits has really made me embarrassed to be an alumnus.
