WITS is terrible!!!!!!

In August 2020 I tried to apply for an online course via WITS but long story short it was such a mission to apply for the particular course it took almost two months just to apply for the correct course. Early December 202 I was contacted by my student adviser from WITS requesting a payment for registration... she gave me the amount that I needed to pay, the deadline for the payment was 20 December 2020 but she stated that the course was filling up and that I needed to make the payment ASAP. I followed her instructions and paid the amount before the 20 December 2020. I tried to register for the course numerous times but for some reason the system would not allow me two. A week before the course commence did my student advisor phone me to tell me I paid for the wrong module which is now R600 more. The quotation stipulated the course but now for some reason a diffrent module was selected yet I already made a payment for the module indicated. I have in the meantime decided to cancel my studies at WITS. It’s been such a struggle to apply and register and many slip ups took place from WITS side that made me lost faith in the institution. I have requested my money to be paid back seeing that I paid for the wrong module and that I was a mistake from WITS... I have been phoning but they are not contacting me back... I have forwarded numerous mails but no response. I am very disappointed in WITS.
