Wits, is it worth it?

I just got off the phone to an incredibly rude woman. I am a past Rhodes student and I needed to find out if I can carry my credits through and apply at wits and carry on. Instead of listening to what I had to say she interrupted me, and told me to apply just like any other first year student. Firstly, I'm not a first year student, I asked her a straight forward question as to if my credits would be carried over and she couldn't give me an answer. I have been accepted to study at wits three years ago and I wanted to know if i still had that, again she interrupted me and did not allow me to finish. Perhaps there was a reason I chose Rhodes over Wits. The student bureau at Rhodes have always been incredibly accommodating and willing to help and listen, I'm used to that.
