Wits Finance office staff

Finance office staff is so rude!!! Not only do they take ages to answer the phone, but they have a tendency of cutting our calls because they feel like it. I needed assistance today with regards to registration and I was blatantly told where to get off. When I asked for the specific staff member's name, he told me that's non of my business and hung up.
