WHY DOES A SIMPLE TRANSCRIPT REQUEST TAKE 4 MONTHS
I have sent emails to departments as well as to *** and *** since October - November last year. I have provided all relevant forms and proof of payments and have still not received delivery of my transcripts nor even the courtesy of responses or acknowledgement. This is just ridiculous now. You are supposed to be one of the top universities in the country and yet you cannot get a simple transcript request right. I even paid for courier delivery!
