UNIVERSITY OF WI****ERSRAND STUDENT FEES OFFICE is a MESS

i have been trying to pay my WITS fees online and also i have a payment plan in place. every year , in august , the university charges interest , and one has to go see them to correct this matter.

NO ONE IN THE FEES OFFICE ANSWERS ANY PHONES!!! I have this problem every year with the WITS Student fees office , and am required to come in and waste my time in resolving this interest issue. and the OFFICES ARE A COMPLETE SHAMBLES AND A MESS WITH PILES OF PAPER , dirty offices. Which wastes my time , as your offices never ANSWER ANY PHONE CALLS.

I am a WITS Alumni and a members of the FOUNDERS Alumni group

I will be taking this matter up with the ALUMNI office and with the vice chancellor, Adam Habib and dean , next time I see them.

It is unacceptable for a UNIVERSITY such as WITS to be in such a shambles!!

No wonder you are always short of funds
