Too Expensive and terrible service

I am a first timer here as a Master's student. I was appalled at the services here. Firstly, I was not informed whether I had been accepted or not- I had to go in person to find out, and had just a few days to prepare for accommodation, which made travelling quite tough. The services here are appalling, it takes forever to print, you have to run around 3 campuses trying to put money in your student card just to print and just today all my money was taken and printed documents I have never even seen before. The library services are quite bad. Although it's a huge university with multiple libraries, there are hardly any places to charge your laptop while you work. I've had problems almost everyday with the wifi. The library staff have the same attitude as those at Home Affairs- they just ignore you when you ask for assistance and I've even seen them laughing when students are struggling. Most of the time I'm not even able to access a building because the "wave" readers don't work. For such an expensive and highly ranked university- it's really awful. Even the bathrooms are a joke- I've had to carry my own soap and tissue paper because there are never any!

The only reason I gave an extra star is because the lecturers are quite good (at least for my course). The only staff that have been kind to me so far are the bus drivers- I really appreciate you guys and hope this **** university pays you decently.
