Terrible service

During my final exam period i contracted a severe case of food poisoning which left me in a state that was unable to write my exam that was on a Friday. I went to the doctor and got a letter to excuse from writing on the Thursday prior to the exam. I then Emailed the course coordinator for the course(Estelle Trengove) of electric circuits first year electrical engineering. To my surprise she never rep**** and i was forced to write the exam in this state, this in turn led to me getting a supplementary exam for this subject. This then cost me R1640.00 due to the negligence of the staff. <br> During this time I had also not received any of my marks and i had no idea whether or not i had passed. i was only emailed a letter saying i may write the supplementary exam. I tried countless times to get my marks but the faculty never answered the phone. It was only in late January that i eventually received my marks. I then tried to register for second year online to which i received an error code online and was told by the university that there is nothing that can be done to accommodate me, meaning now i have to travel a far distance,twice, because the university will not accommodate me.
