Script review denied

Good day

I am deeply disappointed with how the Auditing department handled my situation, if one may say for himself, I have done quite well in Auditing throughout the year, I failed the June exam but after remarking my script, my mark had inevitably been understated by close to 10 marks or about 5%.

This as you would also agree is quite a material difference. In the the third test I then got 72%. It is only these recent exams that I have “apparently” done poor however I am yet to receive concrete evidence, I am unable to access my script. I had a year to date mark of 52% which weighs 60% of the year mark. I only required close to 43% to pass this course. I have seen the Dean and he says I don't have a strong academic background, when he looks at my 2nd and 3rd year results, hence I can not view my script.

Is this in anyway fair for me to invest so much of my time, effort and fees, only to be rejected the right to see my marks and get a remark?

I have thus failed the year, even though my year to date before the exam was 52%. I have lost all potential employments and have no further funds to even return to Wits next year so as to merely receive my CTA and begin my CA (SA) articles.

Kindly please address this matter urgently, I don't know what else to do, as I only request to view my exam scripts please.
