Rude and unhelpful Humanities Faculty

About a month ago I sent a transcript request to the Humanities Faculty - Postgraduate Office.

As instructed by a misanthropic administrator by the name of Amanda, my printed transcript was sent to Education Campus. While I am fami**** with the campus, I would have no idea which building in Education Campus because *gasp* there's more than one building.

I sent a follow-up email asking and true to form - she did not respond.

Seeing as 3 weeks has lasped, does the Faculty expect me to fork out another R100 only to be told the same thing? Mind you - I need to ask for time off from work because Wits is only open during working hours.

I don't expect Amanda to be kind, but I do expect a layer of civility in how she interacts with students (past or present). Also, seeing as I am not a clairvoyant - I ask that you let students know exactly where people can fetch their documents.

The better you do your job the less I have to bother you - It's really that simple.
