Reckless behavior

Why do universities force students to continue with practical work in Johannesburg hospitals during the pandemic peak and riots, what about their safety, children are scared to query because they will be victimized, discriminated and ill treated by those on government payroll ?this needs to be looked at and cancel those practical until the situation is under control, UJ is worse and for my safety I would like to remain anonymous because please
