Poor Service and lies

I attended a short course with Wits Language School last year September and we finished the course last year November, We were told that we will get our certificates after we finished the course. This year early we received an e-mail from the lectures advising us that the certificate will be handed out shortly as Wits experienced shortage of staff and there were changes in the admin department.<br> <br> After a month or so I called to enquirer about our certificate, they told me that they were still busy. When I followed up again I was told that they could not locate my fees I must send them proof of payment, when I asked them that everybody in class did not receive their certificate is it because of their fees not being allocated I was never given an answer. Everybody in the group that I attended with has not received a certificate.<br> <br> They are confused, lack professionalism and customer care. I have asked for my money back since they cannot give us our certificates and nobody is coming back to me. Wits Language School is *********** and unprofessional I wouldn't recommend anyone to attend their classes, because they will end up without a certificate after a year of completing their course.
