Poor And Unprofessional Service received

My son was put on the waiting list on further investigations we found out that one a subject with lower point was used instead of the one with the highest points. That was corrected and an offer was made which he accepted. He was told that he could proceed with the registration. He spent Thursday and Friday trying to register, he was sent from one pillar to post for the entire two days and ended up where he started he couldn’t register. He was then told to wait for a message for him to go and register. While other students are moving into their residences this Saturday, he is wondering if there will be space for him once he’s been registered. The treatment that he received from the staff is extremely unprofessional and unacceptable. You can do better than this.
