Payment of

A book I took out at Wits university was due on the 21st October 2015. I could not return the book because university was closed due to the #feesmustfall protest. The university only opened today and the librarian informed me that I will have to pay a fine for the overdue book. How it is my fault that there was a protest. This is unacceptable. I tried explaining to the librarian but he did not want to listen. I was willing to return the book at that time. However, the university was closed.
