Outstanding fees not cleared after payment

Hi,<br> <br> Last year I was a final year MBA student at Wits. I am a company sponsored student. I had outstanding fees from 2015, which my company settled and forwarded the Fees Office proof of payment. I also did same and tried following up.<br> <br> The trouble is the people responsible for bursary students never answer their phones of emails. When I do get through I am told to call back some other time and still I don't get my issue resolved. As a company sponsored student I am supposed to forward my results to my employer. I can't do this now as my account is not being cleared & my 2015 results are withheld. I find it frustrating that I have to resort to this due to the poor service I am receiving as a student.
