Outstanding amount of money in my student account not paid to my savings account.

Well, I have just recently graduated from Wits and I have requested that the remainder of the money in my student account that belongs to me be paid to my savings account. After so much calls and emails to the fees office, they have still not yet paid my money to me. Rather each time I call, I will be placed on hold for 30 mins with no response. I try communicating through email and was asked to send relevant documentation. I did all that and they confirmed receipt of documentation. So why are they holding back money I paid into my student account. This is ******ion and the frustrating part is this is my hard earned money wits is holding back on and not wanting to pay me.
