No one is helpful or answers the phone.

I was Informed that Wits school of education results were available today and I tried to log on to the self service portal however there was an issue with it, now I have to wait till next week to get access to MY self service portal because the portal as registered me as having graduated. I have tried to call the Parktown education campus over a dozen times to try and see if there is another way i can get my results. <br> <br> There is no answer for 90% of the calls and when someone does answer which was like twice they give me the run around and are so rude on the phone and eventually just hung up on me. I have called over 30 times through out the day and I have not yet any help on the matter. <br>
