No delivery, no tracking number - a month later

<p>I paid for registered airmail for my academic transcripts to be sent overseas. 5 weeks after it was supposedly sent, it has still not arrived, and Wits refuses to give me the tracking number despite 5 emails and numerous phone calls.</p> <p>I requested the tracking number 27 days ago, first from Bonisiwe Mokhabuki, then from other Faculty Officers, but they simply ignore my emails, refuse to assist via the phone, or don't pick up.</p> <p>The Wits Post Office themselves have no record of the parcel in the week it was supposedly sent, so at this stage, I can only conclude that they never sent it and are trying to cover up.</p> <p> </p>
