My child went to fet...
My child went to fetch her certificate at the medical faculty and I had to fetch her at 17:30 because they were told to come back today after they stood there for the whole day yesterday, now today they sent a message that they should pay R1,400 for the certificate to be released and closing day is the 21st December, why pay for certificate and is this legit, why didn’t they tell the kids yesterday instead of letting them wait for nothing, what kind of service is this and why do they pay so much money for a certificate, please investigate

11 Dec 2021, 04:58I want feedback with immediate effect regarding the ridiculous amount required for the certificate and why was this not communicated prior collecting, why render such unprofessional poor service to our kids by making them sit the whole day at your premises while your staff loitering and not doing their job, why do we even have to pay 1400 for a certificate, is that legal, I want a response from your faculty before the end of business day and failure to do so I will escalate to the all deans and highest ranks
