This must have been the worst service ever. If you offer free, pro bono service please do not substitute your free service by treating the public that seeks your help with disdain, arrogance and aloofness. The gentleman that was present on Friday the 22nd need serious customer or client service. He was outright rude, arrogant and treated people very very badly. The speed with which he assessed some problems was clear that he was NOT interested in helping them. The tone of his voice also indicated that he was superior and you are inferior. It was a total waste of my time. Yes i am the beggar of a service here and like all the other people before on the day, most were treated with disdain, rudely and arrogantly... if Wits Law Clinic is serious about helping people then they must treat the people with. if NOT than they must shut shop
