IS THIS ***** BY WITS?

The service provided by Wits Universities administrative staff is absolutely disgusting. My fiancée app**** for a refund after the university had informed her that the course she had registered for had been cancelled due to insufficient enrolled students. She had then been informed by the university's finance team that it would take 3 months to be refund the tuition of R10250.00 that she had paid. It has now been over 4 months of waiting and sending follow-up emails regarding the sight of funds in her account, emails that we barely get responses on. What do we do from here? we have tried copying all finance departments in the university on our emails and yet this has still not been resolved. the last response we received was last month from a lady by the name of Bernie, in which she apologized and assured us that we would see the funds within a week (This has still not happened).

If anyone has any advice on what we can do from here onwards, please advise. Thanks
