INCOMPITENT WITS CREDITORS DEPARTMENT

My name is Refiloe. I have been waiting for my refund from Wits for almost a month now. They keep telling me that I should expect it the coming Thursday and nothing is happening. My frustration is that I am supposed to have started with my assignment preparations by now but I haven't registered since I am still waiting for them to release the money (refund).
