Horrible admin at Wits

Wits deserves no star at this point. I am a student who has app**** with Wits Plus and the communication - admin is horrible. I don't care if they tell me that students this students that, every Jan you know you have students coming in why don't you prepare? For a university that is ranked so high - they are horrible.

My portal has not been logging in since I was given my confirmation letter, I have called the CNS office so many times I've lost count. NO HELP HAS BEEN given, I spoke to the coordinator, and nothing!!!!!!! My online class starts on Tuesday - I don't have my log-ins and at that time I have paid them in full!!!!!!!! SO HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED!!!!! I will advise no one to go there rather than go to Tuks - you will get better service than this.
