Fees office in terrible state

I have been trying for over two months to sort out my fees statement at the University of wits. To put it kindly the service is really pathetic. I have sent numerous emails to both the fees office and the faculty. Either one or two things happen my email doesn't get rep**** to or they refer me to someone one else and that email I sent to the referring person gets no response. I have even gone to the faculty of engineering and I have been informed both on call and in person by the receptionist that my fees statement would be corrected in a week. Still, nothing has been done. I would like to pay my fees but I can't because I don't even know how much I should be paying. I am tired of wasting my airtime, energy and time making calls and that no responses are occurring. I have checked my statement and nothing has changed. Their service is bad I should not be worried about this, instead of about my books and exams but I do not have a choice because people who are supposed to make sure that these things are right DO NOT GIVE A ****.
