Fees Department not responding when requesting quotation

<p>I sent a quotation request a week ago, emailed it to a lady called Zenobia. I requested this quotation as I have to pay my fees ASAP so that I can register. Yill yoday I dont have it and my fees cant be paid. Whenever i call i get transferred to different peopld. Yesterday they transferred me to the IT department!!! This lack of interest from Wits staff is annoying. We are required to pay our fees but when you try, the employees dont even care. Its their job even. I've sent emails begging this lady to give me my stuff but still. Can someone help me!!! I want to register.</p>
