Call Dropping

I sent an email to WBS 0n 7June and recipient was off. Hoping for a reply when she came back but to no avail. I followed up on 11/12 with the marketing dept but was directed to Events. Unfortunately the call was dropped while waiting to connect. Then called again and she was annoyed by this and dropped. As I was desperate to get the right person the third time calling she never picked up.
