Big Ups to Top management!

<p>I recently sent an email seeking for help regarding my outstanding fees and within hours the communications officer - Ms Karabo Kgoleng responded and escalated the matter to the acting CFO Amanda Fort, who despite being on leave for the holidays, ensured to direct my query to the relevant individual. I got an immediate response with advice as to how the matter can be possibly remedied.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am thoroughly please by how i was made to feel valued by the people at the top in the fees office. Keep doing what you do as you have no idea how much it can make a person's day!</p>
