8 months later, still no payment

I proofread Siyakha Mguni's PhD thesis, for a reduced rate at his request, which I agreed to because I had previously worked on his Masters (for Wits Press) and had a history with him. The job was completed and invoiced for in early November 2014. After repeated attempts to get payment, including a lawyer's letter addressed to Angel Kubheka in the accounts department, I have still not been paid for the job. This is to alert others who may be approached by this department or by the individuals named - chances are that agreed payments won't be honoured.
